Volcom has announced the spring 2010 U.S. edition of The Volcom Tour, headlined by MASTODON, beginning April 16, 2010 and featuring special guests BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME, BARONESS and VALIENT THORR.

The bi-continental Rock n’ Roll road show, better know as The Volcom Tour, entered 2010–its third year in existence–with a bang as MASTODON and TOTIMOSHI stormed across Europe in January and February. Initially conceived and launched in 2007, the inaugural tour featured exclusively Volcom Entertainment acts, VALIENT THORR, RIVERBOAT GAMBLERS, YEAR LONG DISASTER, ASG, TOTIMOSHI and BIRDS OF AVALON.

Then in 2008, The Volcom Tour with its humble beginnings only a year before, made a considerable move up in venue sizes with the inclusion of a “legend” status band, MOTORHEAD, as the 2008 U.S. tour’s headliner.

Now in 2010 The Volcom Tour is returning with their most exciting line up yet, featuring the best bands today in modern heavy metal; MASTODON, BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME, BARONESS and VALIENT THORR.
